No. The Blueprint is yours to keep and act on however you choose. Most clients do go on to implement with us, and the Blueprint fee is credited in full, but there's no obligation.
Yes. Every structure we design uses legal entities, legitimate residency pathways, and compliant banking arrangements. We don't use grey-area schemes or aggressive tax positions. If a structure can't be openly explained and documented, we don't build it.
The Blueprint typically takes 2–4 weeks. Implementation timelines vary depending on jurisdictions and what's being set up, with entity formation, residency, and banking each having their own lead times. We give you a clear timeline before you commit to implement.
US citizens have additional reporting obligations regardless of where they live. We factor this into every Blueprint, structuring around PFIC exposure, foreign account reporting, and the foreign earned income exclusion where applicable. Being American doesn't limit your options; it just means the design needs to account for more moving parts.
