Built from lived experience
NomadicX was founded by Alex Saidani after years of living, working and building across borders. Growing up in the UK as the son of an immigrant, Alex saw early how international movement could expand opportunity. His father went from humble beginnings to travelling and doing business across more than 100 countries and territories, shaping the belief that geography should not place artificial limits on ambition.
At 18, Alex moved from the UK to the United States. Years later, he left the US to build an international life and businesses across multiple jurisdictions. In doing so, he encountered the same problem NomadicX clients face: tax, residence, company ownership, banking and compliance are interconnected, but the advice is usually fragmented.
NomadicX was created to solve that coordination problem. Today, we help clients turn complex international circumstances into structures that are clear, implementable and able to evolve as their lives and businesses change.
