Maintain clients are people whose structure NomadicX designed and implemented. We know every entity, every obligation, and every provider in their arrangement, which is what makes ongoing oversight meaningful rather than administrative. An arrangement designed or implemented elsewhere must first pass through a Blueprint and Implement engagement before Maintain is available.
What Maintain includes
Six areas of ongoing oversight, coordinated as a single annual engagement.
Annual structure review
A full review of every entity, account, and residency arrangement in your structure each year, producing a clear assessment of what has changed and what action is required.
Regulatory and law monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of the jurisdictions in your structure for tax law changes, substance requirement updates, CRS/FATCA rule changes, and anything else that affects how your structure operates.
Filing and reporting coordination
Coordination of your ongoing compliance obligations: beneficial ownership registrations, annual returns, economic substance filings, and cross-border reporting requirements, across every relevant jurisdiction.
Provider and banking oversight
Management of the relationship with your registered agents, nominee directors, accountants, and banking providers. Renewals coordinated, problems escalated, replacements sourced if needed.
Structure adjustments
As your income, residency, or goals change, your structure may need to evolve. Maintain clients can request structural adjustments within the scope of the annual engagement rather than opening a new engagement.
Advisory access
Direct access to your NomadicX adviser for questions, guidance, and coordination throughout the year. Not a support ticket queue; an ongoing professional relationship with someone who knows your structure.
What is not automatically included
Maintain covers the ongoing oversight of your existing structure. The following fall outside the annual engagement scope. Each requires a separate engagement or referral.
Scoped around your structure
Maintain is scoped and priced annually around the jurisdictions, entities, obligations, and providers in your arrangement. We quote after reviewing what your structure requires. Every completed Implement produces a structure management plan that is the starting point for that discussion.
Who is responsible for what
Each obligation in your structure has a clear owner. This is how they divide between NomadicX, your tax and legal professionals, and you.
