Maintain is designed for structures NomadicX designed and implemented. We know every entity, every obligation, and every provider, which is what makes ongoing oversight meaningful rather than administrative. An arrangement designed or implemented elsewhere must first pass through a NomadicX Blueprint and Implement engagement so we have the same foundation. This isn't an eligibility gate; it's a quality requirement. We can only oversee what we fully understand.

Map Monitoring tracks jurisdiction-level regulatory changes in your shortlisted countries. Go+ provides operational support for company formations and basic account maintenance. Nomadic Tax handles cross-border tax filing and compliance. NomadicX Maintain oversees the specific cross-border arrangements NomadicX designed and built, combining regulatory monitoring, compliance coordination, provider management, and structural advisory in one annual engagement.

Maintain is scoped and priced annually around the jurisdictions, entities, obligations, and providers in your arrangement. No two structures are identical, so there is no flat-rate published price. We quote after reviewing what your structure requires. A Discovery Call is the right place to discuss scope and pricing.

Every completed Implement engagement ends with a structure management plan: a document that sets out what you have, what it requires, and when. That plan is yours to use with your own advisers if you prefer. If you choose to engage NomadicX for ongoing oversight, the Maintain engagement starts from that handover document, which means there is no onboarding gap.

Monitoring regulatory changes in your specific jurisdictions is part of Maintain. When something material changes (a new substance requirement, a reporting obligation, a beneficial ownership rule) we assess the impact on your structure and advise you on what action, if any, is needed. You won't find out about it from a news article after the fact.
